Yes. a non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. Anything above $50 requires a deposit. $50 or less must be paid in full upon booking. The deposit is 50% of the total amount. Your order will not be confirmed until deposit is paid. The deposit will be refunded ONLY if I must cancel the order at no fault of your own. If you must cancel the original date, deposits can be held up to 60 days with a $10 date transfer fee.

I ask for a 2 week notice for cake orders, and a week for cupcakes and treats. I do accept rush orders with a rush order fee. Rush order fees start a week before the requested day at 10% of the total and go up 5% every day that the deposit is unpaid.
